L'oasis Meiso - Lyon

I had a great experience at Meiso. 1h30 of Ayurvedic massage + 1h of floating 🙂 The welcome was very gentle, very kind, the explanations were great! The masseuse took the time to explain her massage and asking questions is rare enough to emphasize this. Finally floating, a long-awaited experience and it's something to do I find at least once in your life to want to come back :) A timeless moment with yourself. The cabin is really well done. And point of honor to the common spaces also which invite serenity and creativity. Congratulations to all !

An original place that I recommend trying at least once. When we arrive we are welcomed and accompanied by a very pleasant person who explains to us all the functioning and the experience of the floating bath, then we wait in the common area, there are notebooks, instruments, books, etc... This space is well furnished but you can feel that years have passed and that nothing has been changed for a long time, tired books, burnt out light bulbs, stored boxes... And there is a kitchen upstairs, I would have liked it so much that we were offered a drink or a snack even if it had to be paid for. Luckily there is free tea available downstairs. The bath, the main purpose of our visit, is unique and relaxing. Being alone in the dark, in silence and floating on the water is something that I really liked. It's quite simply the opposite of our current rhythm of life and it's truly rejuvenating.

A really nice place... A unique experience... a team who offers you a warm and caring welcome... The water temperature is perfect. The cabin has a spacious size for a single person. You can choose a light color and music to accompany you if you wish. Unless you prefer to live a total immersion experience silently and in complete darkness! When you get out, you can also enjoy a space entirely designed for reconnecting with yourself... take your time... stay a little longer in your bubble after floating... enjoy a tea... unfortunately, despite this perfectly favorable setting, for people suffering from eczema it is difficult to let go in the salt water which awakens all the painful areas and cuts... you must think about this before booking your experience...

I gave a friend a float and we loved it. A warm welcome, very clear explanations, and a moment of absolute relaxation and discovery! Everything was perfect. Floating, for me who is afraid of water, was very pleasant, without any apprehension. We haven't seen the hour go by and we will come back to enjoy the relaxation room for longer. A real favorite!

Very warm welcome and a surprising and very pleasant experience! I've never experienced this before and I want to experience it a second time now that I know what to expect. Only downside: coming out of the cabin I needed a soft landing (and the place is very well equipped for this), except that the establishment received a large order just at that moment: agitation, voices strong, movement in the main room to land. A little disappointed with this abrupt transition.

Pleasant discovery 🥰 The place exudes well-being. The person who received me is gentle, kind, caring 😍 It's an atypical place, with floor cushions, hammocks, mattresses, books, you can spend your day there (reading, drawing, taking a nap, drinking tea...) We feel like home. I did a floating session, it was awesome! I love water, I know how to swim, I absolutely loved it. Playing a starfish for 1 hour in a salt water pool, and being hypnotized at the same time by a sound channel, is better than a session with a psychologist and pills! I left the center relaxed and an immense well-being enchanted my body and my mind. Honestly, dark!
